Superior Functionality and Features AIDA L Series Combined Uncoiler Straightener

The AIDA L Series Combined Uncoiler and Straightener provides total integration with the press for a high-performance line. With 13 hard chrome plated work rolls, 6 upper and 7 lower, as well as, auto-control of the straightener speed which reduces roll / stop marks (when used with the AIDA F-III NC Roll Feeder), the L Series helps to optimize your stamping production. Able to process material 0.3 mm - 3.2 mm thick and 30 mm - 400 mm wide, the L Series can be integrated into a wide variety of press operations.

AIDA L Series Combined Uncoiler Straightener Features

  • Superior straightening capabilities: 13 work rolls (6 upper, 7 lower)
  • All rolls are plated with hard chrome
  • Auto-control of straightener speed
  • The straightener runs continuously, thereby preventing roll (stop) marks (when used in combination with the F-III Series NC Roll Feeder)
  • Straightener speed is controlled by loop arm inverter controls
  • The straightener's upper feed roll section opens up wide to allow easy access to the rolls for cleaning
  • A manual handle is used for drum expansion/contraction
  • A manual handle is used to adjust the drum sideplates
  • Coil position adjustments are made using the manual movable sideplates
  • Double uncoiler versions are also available
