From 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, an AIDA associate will take your call and direct it to the appropriate person. Outside of this time frame and on weekends or holidays, your call will be automatically forwarded to our live call center, where an operator will record details of your inquiry and immediately reach out to the AIDA on-call service team. You can expect to receive a call back from an AIDA service professional within 30 minutes of logging your request with the call center.
In order to ensure that we provide top quality to support to our customers, AIDA-America maintains an on-call team of electrical & mechanical service engineers, as well as spare parts professionals.
AIDA Service offers complementary phone support for troubleshooting for our customers. If the issue has not been resolved after one hour of providing this support, AIDA Service can dispatch a service engineer to provide on-site support.
Please note that service response times are dependent on workload and service engineer availability will vary.
